Fan Control / Set speed

Please forgive me, I’m so new to programming in Home Assistant. I’m in the process of trying to change over from SmartThings.
I have an Enbrighten Z-Wave In-Wall Smart Fan Control switch. I need to be able to control the fan speed, 3 speeds and I’m not seeing an option.

Are there easier integrations I can use to control my fan speed?

The speeds in the fan integration are %. So 0-100.
