I have ordered a bunch of these babies in order to cool down the led screen in our storefront:

They come with a transformer that has a manual potentiometer for speed adjustment.
Instead I would like to drive the speed based on temperature readings in Home Assistant.
So far I have considered diy a smart controller using a mofset and the pwm channel of an arduino or raspberry pi, plugging this device downstream of the transformer which would always be on max voltage (12V dc)
Although this sounds like a lot of fun, I cant afford tinkering too much as this is for a business need, and I want a strong and reliable solution.
I would like to ask if an out of the box solution exists and is compatible with Zigbee2MQTT?
This device looks interesting as it does both the ac dc conversion and dimming:

Would it be compatible with my fans and with HA?
I m a total beginner and would appreciate any advice
Thanks!
