Cheap chinese 2.4ghz fans are flooding the market; I’ve bought a bunch over two properties. The problem is they don’t use controls that Bond or other fan controllers use. They use BLE. One set had remotes and an app to control them, the others only remotes. Spent hours trying to figure out how to control via HA and stumbled across this HACS integration.
It converts your cheap m5stack Atom lite (or any BT esphome device) into a two-way BLE controller, that controls BLE fans and lights. It works perfectly. You can even use its tool to detect button presses, and it decodes the values to plug into the integration for control.
Just a public address message thanking the developer! NicollT thanks!
