Subj. First question is self-explanatory, as for the second, is there a way to put webhook directory on HA web server for Messenger integration to avoid propagating entities? And by the way, what’s Messenger’s latency?

I use telegramm for remote notifications and it gets send pretty much instantly. For local I would tend to voice/tts.

Telegram also needs webhook, right?
Sorry I don’t really understand what you mean by that. It is a component within HA and you need a Telegram Bot for it to work.

The answer is no then, Messenger bot requires a web catalog.
