In IOS, in the Clock app, you can have many alarms comfigured. Each of them can be enabled or disabled using a switch inside the app.
I’d find useful having each alarm represented in home assistant with a switch (or input_boolean) and the ability to enable or disable them or at least a specific service to turn them on or off.
In this way, for example, a workday/holiday scheduler inside homeassistant can also set the alarms for the next day.

But i found it complicated.
So i use a speaker for the alarm sound.
Easy, and keep it simple, if we can.
