It would be really nifty if the “detail” window that opens up when I click on it item could show notes and/or comments that provide background or additional details beyond knowing the name of the item.
I was originally thinking of this in the context of the Automation rules, but if a general “note:” mechanism were available it would likely be useful for other types of entities as well.
