FGRM-222: Blinds tilting

HI all,

The FGRM-222 provides a venetian blinds tilting feature. Support for this feature has been requested in each and every home automation solution out there: home-assistant, openhab, jeedom, …

A patch to support this is existing in the dev branch of open-zwave library since april 2017: https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave/pull/1204

Is there any way to include this patch in home-assistant ? Otherwise, can I force home-assitant to use the open-zwave dev branch ?

That would be great. Right now the only module with venetian blinds is Qubino, but that module is low quality, has lots of bugs, and a high failure rate.
