I recently purchased the FGS-214 to switch my garagedoor.
All installed and device was recognized in HASS but it shows up as Fibaro System Uknown: type=0404, id=1000
I can configure any paramaters but want to use the potential free relay to switch the garagedoor.
Any one else who faced this issue? I searched for the predecessor (FGS-212) but thats sold out everywhere.
Can i get this to work or do i have to wait it out? Or perhaps use another Zwave alternative?
Tried both secure and non-secure. Also did a full reset etc.
But after some investigation i found out the device isn’t listed in the open zwave database yet.
I received 2 FGS-214 to control my heaters.
I use HASS.IO 5.4 64bits on a Rasp Pi 4b 4Go on a SSD.
My Zwave is a Aeotec.
I use the ZWave integration (not the Open Zwave addon).
I installed all my devices without any problem (sensors, thermostats, relays, connected plugs, etc).
I have the same problem with the FGS-214 :
And more important, I can’t access to settings (like I do with other zwave devices), and I need to change the “Output Type” to “normally closed” for the setting 162, to manage my heaters).
The list doesn’t open, it’s “empty”.
No.
So I can’t use it. My heaters are working alone, with their own thermostats. I hope 1 day someone will find the solution to use this FGS-214 on HA…
