FGS213 (Z-Wave Single Switch 2 Fibaro) - Integration issue

Hi Folks,

I bought three Fibaro FGS213 Relais and I have big trouble by integrating them to my HA.

The only entities I get are these:image

What is wrong?
I tried the integration several times and did a few hardware resets
