Fibaro Door/Window binary sensors stopped working after upgrade to 0.84

The upgrade to 0.84.2 went pretty fine except that some of my door/window sensors are no longer registering if they are on (open) or off (closed). This worked fine until the update. The sensors are alive and they are transmitting other information. I just don’t get any indication on the sensor itself, in the UI or in automations when they are supposed to change state as I open and close the doors and windows.

The sensors are all connected directly to Home Assistant. I don’t have a fibaro box.

Has this happened to anyone else? And is there a known solution?

I took the sensors down, removed and reinstalled the batteries a few times and pressed the back button a bunch of times, and now they work. Must have been deep asleep or something for more than a day. So this may not have been related to the upgrade even though it happened just at the same time. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have a number of Fibaro door/window sensors and they’re working fine for me on v0.84.2

Good to hear. Mine are fine now as well after I brutally woke them up.
