Is anyone else having issues with the temperature measurements on the FGDW002 Door/Window sensor?
I have a support ticket open with Fibaro, but they are saying they can’t support me as I’m using an Aeotec Z-stick Gen5 ZW090-C and not one of their own gateways.
I have 5 sensors and they are all reporting rapidly fluctuating temperature changes when the temperature is between 18 and 19 degrees celcius. Outside those temperatures, the device reports fine.
Each sensor has the following configuration settings
Config 50 (|Interval of temperature measurements) = 60
Config 51(Temperature reports threshold) = 1
Config 52 (Interval of temperature reports) = 0
Config 53 (Temperature offset) = 0
Each sensor is running firmware 3.2 which I am told by Fibaro is the latest
The Z-Stick Gen5 (ZW090-C) has firmware v1.1
I’m using Z-Wave JS Driver version 10.3.1 Server Version 1.24.1 on Home Assistant 2022.12.7
I personally suspect a firmware issue, but I need to prove it to Fibaro Support. Is anyone else see the same behaviour?
