Fibaro FGWP102 Won't Turn Off

I have a number of Z-Wave Fibaro wall-plugs (type FGWP102) in my setup. All are working fine, except for one - it doesn’t turn off.

If I turn it off in HA, then a second later, it turns back on. The logbook is showing a strange message: first comes the “turned off” event triggered by service switch.turn_off, then a second later comes the “turned on” event - also triggered by service switch.turn_off?

I’ve tried re-interviewing the wall plug in Z-Wave, but the issue is still present.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Thanks.

No idea for your specific case, but when I’ve had similar issues, I have done Exclude, then factory reset the device, then include and alter any Config values to how I like them. Most of the time, that has solved the issue.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve replaced the FGWP102. I’ll reset the original so that I can reuse it elsewhere in the future.
