File editor shows white cursor on white background making it invisible

I have a dark background with white cursor on all my pages except the File editor.
The File editor shows a white background, but since the cursor stays white it gets invisible.

The only related post I found is this one: Changing colour of template editor background
but it does not solve my problem.

My question is:
Is this a known bug and is a solution available.
Is there a way to change the cursor color only in File editor to dark,
or is there a way to change the File editor theme from white to dark?

Not if you are using a custom theme. It’s up to you to sort that out.

I am not using any themes right now, but maybe there is a way to solve it via themes.
My HA is installed in Hyper-V under Windows 11 with dark theme, is it possible that the problem comes from there?

This is about a client device, not a server.
Different clients can have different default themes - light or dark, frontend should process it properly.

You are saying:
1.Using a dark theme of OS on a client (Win).
2.Frontend in a client’s browser has dark background - except File Editor.
Right?

I am not using HA OS and thus do not have File Editor, cannot check.
I would say - this a wrong behaviour:
1.Default dark theme is used in HA.
2.Everything is dark in Frontend, except File editor.

Correct.
As a “workaround” I’m using Studio Code now as editor. Here I can see the cursor, and maybe I’ll find some more advantages too.
