File Editor without internet

Tell me, does not work File Editor, without an interent. Can there be analogues to it? I want to make a server in offline mode. I can’t edit configs

It does not work without an Internet connection since it uses online CDNs. You could set up samba to access the files and use the text editor of your choice though if you need offline access
