Filter certain states from logbook (but not whole entities)

Hi,

I have some (zigbee2mqtt) devices that changes it’s state to ‘unknown’ every now and then. The logbook fills up with theses state changes. I’d like to know when that devices changes to ‘on’ or ‘off’, but I don’t know to know ‘unkown’.

Is there any way to filter just one state (unknown), but not the whole entity?

Plus: is it normal that the logbook is very slow? It takes ages to load.

Not that I know of.

You could create a template device that filters out the unknown state, log that and exclude the original device from the logbook.

On a raspberry pi?

Yes.
