Would be really handy to be able to filter out on the logbook. With motion sensors around the house, and a house full of people, the log book is largely motion reports in my case. It would be great for example to be able to type ‘-Motion’ and filter out anything with motion in it.
It is already possible to exclude entities from the logbook: Logbook - Home Assistant
Or would you still like to show them up in the loogbook and just have the ability to filter them out via the gui, if necessary?
Ah, I would have made it clearer but I didn’t know about that!
The answer is yes - that exact option but surfaced in the gui, so we can filter items in/out easily on the fly would be great.
