Issue detection is finally available in Node-Red, entities change, things stop working, node configurations change. Even gives handy tips on how to fix the issues. It takes a minute or two but the caution symbol and the number of issues you have will pop up next to the deploy button.
I did not know how many issues I had in my flows until this.
