Find All ON Lights and Turn Off One After Another

I have a bedtime routine I’d like to call from Alexa, but I’d like it to trigger service call in Node Red to Find ALL Lights that are on, and turn them off one by one.

So Sunroom off, THEN Family Room off, THEN Kitchen off, etc…

How is best to accomplish this?

Chain call service back to back if the light is already off HA won’t do anything with it.
