I have a device (temp sensor) showing as available in my HA UI but I do not know if it is one of the sensors I am trying to connect or not. Does anyone know how to work out what device (in the real world) is showing in HA from the detail in HA?
If it is a temperature sensor, breathe on it or hold it in your hands. The temperature should rise. There’s no universal way to recognize devices.
