I see only for IOS, there is find my Phone for android?
There are equivalents - the primary one being Android Device Manager. If all you’re after is to know where a device is though, then OwnTracks is cross platform and already has an integration (component) for HomeAssistant
Find my iPhone is pretty much based off iCloud which is pretty much Apple’s creation , if you get me. Though there are alternatives.
