FireBeetle Board ESP32-E board type not accepted

Hi,
has anyone successfully deployed a FireBeetle Board ESP32-E ?

I seem unable to use this one unless i select the generic ‘esp32dev’ board type, and then that becomes an issue when attempting to upload updated configs.

That seems a bit extreme.
