Firmware not connected and channel is 0

I am using raspberry pi 3 B+ and raspbee premium. I have flashed HassOS and made changes in the config file as following
enable_uart=1
dtoverlay=pi3-miniuart-bt
dtoverlay=uart0-full
core_freq=250
(left blank line)

Installed deconz addon, changed the device in deconz configuration as /dev/ttyS0 and also tried with /dev/ttyAMA0 , but none of this helped
I tried all possible combinations, but still it shows firmware not connected. I have also tried other way by flashing raspbian and directly installing deconz but i face the same problem over there.

I am banging my head for past one week. Some help on this will be great

hi did you ever resolve this issue?

No luck. I have tried everything and concluded that the problem is with the raspbee premium. I am going to try with a new raspbee premium and will update you on the same

Did you ever sort this issue?

I bought two of this rasbee shields / rasbpee premium (whatever you want to call them) the version 1 not the new version 2.

I was able to get one of them working in a rasberry pi with diyHUE installed

The second I cannot get installed in HomeAssistant no matter what I try with editing the config.txt and everything else.

I noticed a difference on the LED lights on the two raspbees.

The one that works in the diyHUE has a red left led light and when I got it working the right led flashes green. The red led is larger and brighter and stays on solid and the right green led is flashing and is smaller

The one that doesn’t work (in the HomeAssistant) has no led on the left and the right led is constantly green and bright. Even without an SD card in the pi or with an SD card in the pi, it doesn’t change.

I’m assuming the board is faulty…

Would love to hear what you found out man!
