I use a mix of Philips, IKEA, Aqara, Namron, ELKO and a few Tuyas (some work better than others apparently, I only have a couple of Tuya door sensors), they all work fine. A good Zigbee mesh would be my first priority, get enough router devices and look through the guide on how to use extension cables etc.
