I need first to educate myself of placing such components which are not simple Add-on’s to be installed from HA menu. 
The instructions seem complete.
Done and working. Interesting enough the rpi_power componet was showing not serious issues once a while (every few hours) and once I moved to final slution (12V from backup batteries with LM323 5V/3A stablilizer) the component is 100% quiet - no issues.
