First Time User - Aeotec USB Adapter, RPI4 - Just need recommendation on Z-Wave Door Sensor

I just installed HA, and have my Aeotec USB adapter plugged in. Running on an RPI4.

I want to configure a door alarm.

Can someone link me a Zwave sensor that just works? I seen some of the new ones are doing things different/etc, and make take more time/need more work to make happen.

What is the simplest Z-wave door sensor I can get that just works.

I have a Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 Z-Wave Hub Z-Wave Plus USB.
