Fitbit - more than one tracker?

bump again - still interested in getting this setup!

Me too! Might set up an extra ha instance with MQTT to get this working in the meantime.

Please post about how that goes. I was thinking about doing the same thing but it just seemed to be overkill. Would be nice to have though.

BUMP!
Would really like to be able to do this too!
Want to be able to track both my Wife and I’s stats.
Planning and getting fitbits for my 2 kids too… would like to be able to track their stats too.

BUMP!

Seems a fairly wanted feature given the age of the original “Bug report”

bump

Here also waiting for a update after buying two for two individual people - makes no sense why it hasn’t already been implemented?

Hopefully a dev can get on this and there will be much rejoicing!

TIA

fingers crossed that there will be support in the future - this would be awesome

I’d love to see this as well

Is this still in the works?

Has anyone tried using agners modified code from here? Fitbit Component to support multiple Users

Seems like you can copy this modified component and put it in your own custom_components folder

I’ve one fitbit with another on the way, so I can’t test right now, would be handy if this worked.

@jdbrookes after I did not manage to upstream it, I did use it as custom_components as well and it seemed to work. However, by now I changed to Garmin. But at least for @chris6 it seemed to still work a month ago.

Yes been going strong for me. No issues since I started using it a month ago.

Any official support yet?
