Folder structure not updated with latest release

After update to 16.0.0 all flows and notes are gone

After latest update NodeRed to 16.0.0 all flows and nodes are gone, starting a fresh NodeRed. After import off the nodes they are there again. But after restart the NodeRed addon all nodes are gone again. They are not stored
