For Dutch people: Is there a way to download Funda 3D model to use as 3D floorplan?

To save me some work it would be the easiest way to download a 3D model from funda.nl of a similar house as mine. Anyone knows how to do this?

I don’t think you can directly download the file from funda, but I bought a house and asked the real estate agency for the file, and they sent it to me

OK, I might be so blunt and try that. I already live here for more than 7 years. But similar houses are advertised

Old topic, but yes you can. They use Floorplanner.com for this. There are several manuals how to download the Funda plan and load it in Floorplanner.com.

For example: https://www.reddit.com/r/thenetherlands/comments/tq4mgs/funda_tip_plattegrond_exporteren_en_aanpassen/?rdt=57138

Funda itself doesn’t provide an official way to download or export 3D models.

As a workaround, there are tools that extract the floorplan data from a Funda listing and convert it into Floorplanner (.fml) files, which you can use as a starting point for a 3D floorplan.

For example:
https://funda2floorplanner.nl

You paste a Funda listing URL and it generates Floorplanner files for houses that include interactive floorplans. Useful if you want to avoid redrawing everything from scratch.
