Forgot password,online documentation not helpfull

I forgot the username/password for my installation. The online documentation is not helpful. Not helpful at all;

I cannot access anything, maybe they should explain how to delete the authentication data…

I have a prompt on the console, that seems locked in a ‘hassio >’ prompt. Cannot find how to open an bash…

Another really stupid thing. I’m on the console. I type a faulty command; system replies with Error: unknown command. 'Run ‘hassio --help’ for usage.

So I type; ‘hassio --help’ and the system replies with;

Error unknown command “hassio” for “hassio”.

Is this serious software?, it looks like something build by amateurs.

Omg, this is just like begin on a board of another big home automation forum.

I’ve ended up reinstall everything altogether. Problem here is also, the documentation is written by the peeps who are dev’s. So for them everything is obvious. For people who are actually new, it’s a pain in the ass.

Ooww, and every form of criticism about this is ‘not done’ because it’s free.

Just bought an odorous blue and I think I have lost my login; pressed done by mistake and cannot log back in. Any simple way to reset password via tablet/ios
