Formatting of energy entities

I am interested in this dashboard, which I feed with the ha-linky application.

I find that it would be useful for the user to be able to choose a finer setting of the energy consumption entity (including Wh or kWh) and its cost (number of decimal places to be displayed).
It would also be interesting to be able to display a cumulative consumption bar by tariff period

Regarding your second idea though, it can already be done. You just have to create energy sensors that report your tariffs, e.g.
