DST part is already covered by the fact it’s CET, not CEST (S for summer).
But yeah, I agree, there should be at least UTC+1 added to CET to make it easier for people outside of (most of) Europe.

It’s true! The upgrade is complete!
For a super duper accurate recreation of the technical process, we’ve created this graphic to help those understand what was done.
As you can see, we went from plain potato to super potato. 
We hope our new friend keeps those 502 errors down. We’ll get them up to current Discourse version sometime in January.

Potatoes with sprouts are usually much older than a plain potatoe.
