Hoping someone can assist. I have imaged an SSD with fresh install of 10.2 & 10.3 and flashed the Pi to boot from USB. On initial boot it comes up fine lets me create a new setup or import my backup config. Problem is though in both scenarios it will not boot again, I have the Pi on an external monitor and it just goes to a black screen ( So getting signal) but no boot sequence, nothing, even let it sit oveer night in that state to see if it would over time, no luck… (This is on a Pi 4 8GB)
If I install it to an SD card and put my back up image in everything is fine and reboots no issue. I am at a loss because it boots fine initially just not after the initial boot. Hoping someone can help.
Update: For anyone who runs into this issue update the firmware of your Pi. Still strange it boots a new install image with no issue without the update.
