Frigate LXC & Notifications

I am using Home Assistant and Frigate in separate LXC’s.
In HA I am using the Frigate Integration via HACS.

In the HA Media Browser I am having acces to the Frigate snaps, clips and recordings.

I would like to send notifications with the snaps to mobile phone with telegram or signal but I have no clue how to realise this.
Can someone help me with this?

You can use a blueprint for that:

Unfortunately, the Blueprint expects the HA Companion App to be used. I did not use this. I would like to send the notification directly to Telegram or Signal.
