Frontend blue bar

I’ve added a few tabs/pages to my frontend. But no matter how I change my config, I always end up with “Home Assistant” on the first line and my tabs on the 2nd line. I’ve seen others frontend who have a single line. What value controls whether to display “Home Automation” on the blue bar?

The top gets hidden if you scroll down.

Thanks… so am I correct there’s no way to hide/suppress the “Home Assistant” via the configuration.yaml file?

@fabaff Would it be possible to add an option to the homeassistant config to suppress the blue bar along to the top of the screen with “Home Assistant” and the Microphone ico?. For my non-interactive static wall dashboard I want to maximise the screen space, especially when zooming in which makes the blue bar grow.

Just started to use Home Assistant 0.41.0 Just learning how to set up default views and tab. Thanks to

I was able to setup the frontend almost to my liking.
GreenTurtwig shows images of his tabs which do not have" Home Assistant" and microphone icon on
the top of the blue bar.
I went crazy trying to eliminate this top line. I do not plan to use microphone control so I commented out
the “conservation” component in configuration.yaml The microphone icon stills shows.
I am assuming that this is a new feature added since the example, I followed, was developed and that
it is some sort of advertisement for Home Assistant.
OK, but still would like to remove the microphone icon if the “conservation” component is not used.

Adding.
The microphone icon is only visible in Chrome browser and not in my Safari browser on my iPhone.

I think the new kiosk-mode will address this issues
