Hello first of all, I have only recently become involved with Home Assistant and cannot find a solution to a problem. I just can’t find the selection for the folder “frontend” in HACS. What am I doing wrong?

I don’t really understand what you are asking, may be it got lost in translation somewhere 
We need more information.
If I’m guessing correctly → try going to the integration, options, disable experimental features. Then clear your browser cache and the old page should be back. If not, try a complete reboot of HA after the first steps are done.
