FTMS - Bluetooth Fitness Machines (treadmill, bike, crosstrainer, rower)

Hi all.

I develop a component for working with Bluetooth fitness equipment. I would like to invite owners of treadmills, bikes, elliptical and rowing machines to test the component.
I know that some work will be needed, so I need help. Thanks in advance.

I myself own an elliptical trainer, which presents itself via Bluetooth as a speedbike.

Hi Sergey,

great to see your project. I am using a treadmill ( Sportstech F37s) which got detected by your integration, but after adding the device it’s loosing the connection.

It would be great if you can help, because I am really looking forward to program some of my workouts

Hi Sergey,

Thanks a lot for your development!

It works with the Kickr Core, but not 100%.
Power, speed, and cadence broadcast are working, but heart rate is not (even though it works with the Wahoo Fitness Android app).

Moreover, start/stop and other controls don’t work (but I don’t need them).

Is there any way to make it work?

Thank you! Just added my Decathlon treadmill and it seems to work fine!

I cant seem to add my Schwinn IC4 and I am very sad about that  That said, thank you and keep up the awesome work!!

Hi, I successfully linked this to my Fitshow treadmill. I did notice the treadmill only accepts one connection at a time, so when HA is connected I can’t use other apps with training programs.

Is there a way HA can monitor the treadmill when other apps have control over the device? Some kind of passive mode?

I was able to connect my Schwinn 800IC bike, make sure you have a good bt connection. I am using an esp32 as bt proxy.

Too bad the the entitities becomes unavailable when the bike is offline
@dudanov can you make the entities persistent?
