Functionality to cycle through a given list of scenes

Please integrate the functionality to cycle through a given list of scenes. This would be very handy for input devices that only support a single button press e.g. dash buttons or the upcoming IKEA shortcut button.

If you want to use this feature with zigbee/zha buttons I can highly recommend ControllerX. It has a feature to assign actions to a single button that is pressed multiple times: Multiple clicks - ControllerX
