For some reason unknown to me, my meter wasn’t reporting data for nearly a month. Once I caught up to this and managed to get it working again, I ended up with a huge negatieve spike. I’m not sure how to resolve this (if at all possible). Anyone got any pointers or tips?
In “Developer Tools > Statistics” you can manually edit values, but it’s not going to be pretty to do it for a month. Alternatively, you can use SQL to update the underlying tables, but once again, not simple. However, in a short time you won’t care about the missing data, so my advice is do nothing. Or just edit the one value to get rid of the negative spike.
Your time might be better spent on an automation to check the data is coming in and do something if none has been received recently.
Totally forgot to reply, but I ended up editing the one value in history and everything looks great now aside from the gap of missing data of course. Thanks for your time
