That’s the R/C channel in the CB radio band. Maybe get a controller for an Remote Control toy airplane or car or something…
Uh… that’s old door control, right? If we’re talking about EU, this frequency was used years ago, along with 315MHz. Now in EU officially only 433MHz and 868MHz are used. 315MHz is forbidden, can’t say for 27MHz, but since it’s CB band perhaps it is allowed…
But, it’s not so much about frequency as it is about protocol, used on your door opener. If you have a working remote perhaps you’d get universal remote somewhere (aliexpress…?) and learn it, otherwise your best option is to get a receiver/remote control set and connect it to local open/close button.
