Gas Meter entity changed and gas history usage missing in energy dashboard

I don’t know exactly how, maybe caused by migrating from a Pi3 tot Proxmox installation, but the gas meter entity changed from something like sensor.gas_consumption to sensor.gas_meter_gas_consumption.

I reconfigured the Energy Dashboard to use the new entity but now I am missing my historic gas consumption from the last 2 or 3 years in the energy dashboard.

Is there any way to add this history back to the energy dashboard?

Normally the old sensor should still be there. You should be able to add it back in the energy dashboard config
