GE Enbrighten Dimmer Switch showing up as two separate devices

I recently added a GE Enbrighten ZWave+ Dimmer switch to my homeassitant environment (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RRD92T8).

The device paired to my zwave controller successfully, but when i looked at the device in homeassistant it was showing up as just an on/off switch. I noticed that the device had a second dimmer entity listed that was disabled with a note that it wasn’t supported by the integration. Despite the warning i was able to enable the entity. After enabling the entity i was able to control the dimming, but the dimming and on/off controls show up as two separate devices.

This works, but it’s not ideal. I was wondering if there’s any way to merge them to a single device so I can control on/off and dimness with the same control, similar to how my hue bulbs are displayed. When i click on one of those bulbs in homeassistant it shows controls for color, brightness, and on/off.

Did you happen to ever figure this one out, or come across any additional information? I’m running into the same thing, but when I try to control brightness from HA, nothing happens to the switches. They only work for on/off. Using the Dev tools and Z-Wave logs, I can see manual changes in brightness when doing it from the physical switch. I have the Enbrighten ZWave+ dimmers (46203). Thank you!

I’m seeing the same issue. Any resolution?
