I’m a brand new user using HA Green. I have a joint Amazon account with my brother and that’s probably a big part of my problem. I originally used our joint account and was doing ok, but then when I log into HA the only things that show are items at my brother’s house like his FireTV. He had a stroke so I doubt he would be doing anything with smart devices. I’d like to know how do I remove the joint Amazon account and I’ll use my account which is linked just to me and my current address. Currently I have a few DayBetter smart bulbs, a Ring alarm system and a few other items. My HA home screen doesn’t show any of my devices. Alexa does control my bulbs properly, and I linked Alexa to HA yet none of my devices show on the HA home screen. Any ideas? Thanks!
