Generell Problem with HA and Hue Products

Hey Guys, i am newbish, so sorry if I write Something complete stupid.
The Last weeks i build my Setup. After troubles with the Integration in Google Home (Cloudflared helped) my beginner Automation we’re good.
I have some hue switches, hue Lights and Sensors, tuya and tradfri Products.

Last 5 days i had a Problem with The hue Sensor. 2 of 6 Had No function. I Changed nothing. After a repair everything was okay. This night 3 switches from 12 are have No function.
Zigbee2mqtt Show nothing. The batteries are full.

The biggest reason for Home Assistent was admissibility and that i can integreted everything.

Is this normal after idk updating Home Assistent? Not really Like i acpected it.

Had Simeone a Tip for me?

Which ZigBee coordinator are you using and how is it connected to HA?

Is your coordinator well away from sources of interference and is it on a channel that is away from wi-fi channels?

I using Raspberry Pi 4 and have The sonoff zigbee 3.0 dongle. I using an Extension cable for The sonoff. Donyou think its a Connection Problem? My flat ist around 70qm² .

Do you know which ZigBee channel you are using and which WiFi channels are in use by you and your neighbors?

Being in a flat can be tricky as you can have a lot of wi-fi networks around you.

I must truly say i dont know. But when i have interfernces the hue Switch find a Connection After some time. But there is nothing Happen.
The Same Problem with The hue Sensor was away after i repair it with zigbee2mqtt.

You can see which WiFi channels are in use around you using an app like WiFi analyser by farproc. This is available in the Google Play store. I don’t know if this is available for iPhone but I expect there is something similar.

You can find your ZigBee channel in ZigBee2mqtt by going to Settings then Advanced.

The ZigBee and wi-fi channels do not use the same numbers. You could Google “zigbee and wifi channels” to see a diagram of how the channels from each system line up.
