I am using the generic hygrostat integration for two non-smart humidifiers from Venta. The device is switched on and off using a Shelly Plug S. Since this also displays the current power value, I indirectly also have information about whether my humidifier is running at Level 0 (device on, but water level too low), Level 1 (low operation, quiet), Level 2 (medium operation, louder) or Level 3 (maximum operation, loud). In the future, I am considering adding the automatic change of levels. For this, I could probably install a Shelly Uni behind the push buttons.
I would like to see the information about the current level displayed in the “humidifier card” on the dashboard. However, this is not possible because the “generic hygrostat” integration curently cannot integrate this information.
I would appreciate it if this could be made possible.
