Generic x86-64 installation on a intel nuc6i

hy there,

i‘m trying to install home assistant on a intel nuc6i. i already set the bios and flashed the ssd. unfortunately the nuc do not want to boot from the ssd. (i cannot select the ssd in the boot menu). i already did a bios update.
has someone an idea?

is there an alternative to the generic installation to use the nuc as my home assistant center?
