Ever since I upgraded my iphone to the 15 my geo location updates aren’t working.
I have an automation that turns the lights on when I get home but it doesn’t happen until 10 minutes after I arrive now when it used to be when I go into the zone.
I made the zone bigger, made sure precise location is always shared with the HA app.
Any ideas?
Could be some power saving settings.

What phone did you have before? I’ve always had very late and inconsistent geolocation updates with the iPhone. I’ve been looking to try this integration but haven’t gotten around to it yet:

Have you updated which device to use to track yourself?
You are thinking of the power saving mode that kicks in when you are low on battery?
The phone deploys a lot of other power saving modes, like pausing apps in the background, limiting network access, lowering clock cycles on the CPU and reducing updates from external sensors, like WiFi scan and GPS tracking and so on.
this was the solution for me.
