Get home assistant to run Google Assistant commands

hi all,
i’ve had a search in the forums and can’t seem to find anything recent that answers my question.

i have a few Daikin air conditioners installed at home. Some of them work perfectly using the Daikin integration, but one of them has a different chipset so isn’t compatible with the integration.

it is integrated with my Google Home and i can issue a voice command to Google Assistant that says ‘turn on loft heating’ which works.

is there a way i can script that command in HA so that i can integrate turning that unit on with other automations?

For that you will need to add the Google Assistant SDK integration. It allows Home Assistant to control devices supported by Google Home but not Home Assistant.
