Getting 502:Bad Gateway error with SSH & Web Terminal

I’m receiving a 502:Bad Gateway error with SSH & Web Terminal add-on. This has worked for me in the past but I now can’t log on. I’m also getting this error in my log

I did recently install OpenSSH server on my OS, would that have caused this?
