AeonLabs has been very kind in helping me troubleshoot my Aeon Bulb. The white balance basically appears to be way off - I can’t make it nearly warm enough compared to my standard EarthBulb warm LED bulbs. One of the things they asked for was the serial number. They had me try Zensys on Windows, but I can’t seem to get it to work with my Aeon Z-Wave stick. I was trying to get this info from HA or OZWCP but I can’t find it there either. Specifically they wanted me to do this:
Set:
Command Classes: COMMAND_CLASS_MANUFACTURER_SPECIFIC_V2
Command Name: DEVICE_SPECIFIC_GET
Leave all values set to 00
Send
If you could send me the “Received: 002 - COMMAND_CLASS_MANUFACTURER_SPECIFIC.DEVICE_SPECIFIC_REPORT, data:” that it produces, it should give me the SN number of your bulb.
Is there a way to do this somehow in Linux via OZWCP or some other means?
