Getting Voice Onto a CPU: CPU-Only ASR and TTS

I wrote an article about my work trying to get a good quality ASR and TTS working on a CPU-only PC.

My research landed on the andrewleech/qwen3-asr-1.7b-onnx for ASR and the onnx-community/Kokoro-82M-v1.0-ONNX for TTS both on Hugging Face.
